How are servers upgraded?

Server upgrades are handled just like a new order. Please place a new order for the desired server. In the comment section, please note that you will be upgrading from your old server. Please also include your IP address. Once you recieve your confirmation number (which should be immediately issued after order form submission) please cancel your old server email to (sales at jovita.com) stating that you will be upgrading your server to the new server (order confirmation number). We will leave your old server on for 24 hours after activation for the customer to perform the data transfer. If you wish to keep the same IP, please state this in both the new order form and the cancellation email.
